Make The Space for Yourself

Sometimes life gets busy and life gets in the way. Sometimes it can be difficult to make space and time for ourselves and our well-being, but we can carve the time out and when we do, it feels amazing.


It’s so beneficial to make the space to connect with our bodies, to let movement and breath connect and tune out the noise around us.


Pjs are totally welcome in my classes, and Wednesdays we drink tea and then do the yoga. Wednesday is my absolute favourite day, and yoga helps me sail through the hump day
