Wells-Being Wake Up
A 30 minute gentle but energising online morning practice to get your body moving after a restful sleep.
Start your day the right way and come wake-up and stretch with me. Every Monday 6:45am to 7:15am. Cameras on or off, PJs welcome too!
Zoom classes are £4.50 per session or you can buy a block of 4 sessions for just £16
Wells-Being Wednesday
A gentle and calming way to unwind at the end of your day. Soothe your soul into a restful state, the perfect preparation for sleep. Every Wednesday 7:45pm - 8:45pm, Longueville Hall, Newton Longville, Milton Keynes
Sessions cost £12.50, or a class pass is available at £63 for 6 classes.
Free hot drink available to enjoy whilst you practice.
